      Dr. Alexander associated with Dr. Luna in the summer of 2017 and has been in the Temecula Valley area since 1997.  He attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science graduating with a medical degree in 1988.  After his general surgery training through UCSF at Valley Medical Center in Fresno California he attended San Francisco Orthopaedic Residency Training Program.  He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the California Orthopaedic Association, Riverside County Medical Association, and board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery since 1996.  

       Following orthopaedic residency Dr. Alexander attended an extra year of sub-specialty sports medicine training at San Diego Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Fellowship graduating 1993.  He has been team physician for the San Diego Gulls Hockey team, various high school football teams (now at Great Oak High School in Temecula), Grossmont College football, and San Diego State College football.  He has covered many events including Pro Beach Volleyball,  Jet boat racing, and X-games.  

      Dr. Alexander is on the medical staff at the Alpinestar Mobile Medical Center since 2008 covering professional stadium Supercross and National Motocross racing.  His special interests are sports medicine and care of the athlete, arthroscopy of large and small joints, joint arthroplasty, fractures, ligament reconstruction, cartilage regeneration, and general orthopaedic surgery.
